The menu for this class varies on seasonal availability will include fresh fish, shellfish and/or mollusks.
Our classes are smaller, generally with a maximum of 15 people, and are rustic and Western casual backyard atmosphere. Be sure to bring your appetite and your favorite BBQ beverages!
