Low n’ Slow – Let’s Smoke!




This class focuses on low n’ slow barbecue and the types of fuel/wood used for indirect cooking with smoke on both a Weber Smoky Mountain smoker and also a simple everyday Kettle grill. You will also learn to make your own signature rub and how to turn out world class pulled pork, brisket, ribs and chicken. Be sure to bring your appetite and your favorite BBQ beverages!
