This is our most popular and regularly scheduled Sunday afternoon class. It is well suited for all barbecue enthusiasts and experience levels. Gas and charcoal grills, as well as hardwood smokers are demonstrated and discussed including the pros and cons of all.

The demonstration menu may vary, but will generally include a 15-hr pulled pork (Chef Mick prepares it the night before a class), a St. Louis and/or baby back ribs, a signature smoked chicken, brats, grilled veggies, and even work the dough for a barbecue pizza!

Our class sizes can range anywhere from 6 students to a maximum of 18 and are held in a rustic and Western casual, backyard atmosphere. Be sure to bring your appetite and your favorite BBQ beverages!
